I have lost the keys, is it a problem ?
This is not a problem, if we have permission from the legal owner to gain access to the vehicle then we can still collect.
The vehicle has stood for a long time
This is not a problem, if the battery is flat or the car will not start then this may make the collection process a little longer than normal
I want to scrap my car but does it need to be complete?
We will take any kind of vehicle or parts and accessories, please tell us prior to collection what we will be collecting.
If I scrap my car when should I notify the DVLA?
When our agent comes to collect your vehicle he will fill section 9 (the yellow slip) and give you this back. You will then need to post this to DVLA, Swansea, SA99 1BD (recorded post is advised)
What do I need to do before and after my car salvage collection?
Before we come to collect your car you need to ensure that all contents and valuables have been cleared, if you want to keep the tax disc please remove this, you will be able to return this to the DVLA for a refund.
