So how does our system work? well it's simple and easy and safe to use. There are just three simple steps to follow :
Step 1, enter your details onto our web site, once you submit the data it will be sent to our state of the art data base system and then forwarded on to the nearest approved collection agents to you.
Step 2, Your local collection agent will then contact you to make an instant offer over the phone, if you like the offer then the agent will make arrangements with you to come and collect your vehicle when it's convenient for you.
Step3, On the day of collection, your vehicle will be loaded onto the truck. The collection agent will fill section 9 of the log book in and give this back to you, this section of the log book is your responsibility to return to the DVLA. The address can be found below in our frequently ask questions section. And finally you get the cash there and then for your old motor.
Unlike others out there we don't charge administration fee or try and chip you, we give you the price quoted over the phone. All paper work is completed and we issue destruction orders to prove that your old scrap cars has been scrapped and taken off the road.
What do we do with your old car? We recycle all of it! The battery, coolant and engine oil is drained and disposed of in an environmental way. The rest of the vehicle is broken down to be used again, so next time you open a can of pop that could be your old car.

I have lost the keys, is it a problem ?
As long as we have the permission from the legal owner we can gain access and collect the vehicle.
The vehicle has stood for a long time
No matter how long the vehicle has been standing we can still collect. If the battery is flat or the car will not start then this make the collection time a bit longer than usual.
I want to scrap my car but does it need to be complete?
No the vehicle does not have to be complete but ideally it will need to be mobile so we can get it on the truck. Please let us know the state of the vehicle prior to collection.
If I scrap my car when should I notify the DVLA?
When our agent comes to collect your vehicle he will fill section 9 (the yellow slip) and give you this back. You will then need to post this to DVLA, Swansea, SA99 1BD (recorded post is advised)
What do I need to do before and after my car salvage collection?
Before we come to collect your car you need to ensure that all contents and valuables have been cleared, if you want to keep the tax disc please remove this, you will be able to return this to the DVLA for a refund.
